The Studio produces custom video, photo, animation, 3D digital immersive experiences, VR/AR/XR &amp; mobile games for brands, creative agencies and media companies.</div><div></div><div>
The <i>New Business Sales Executive, Shutterstock Studios</i><i>, is a Sales Hunter</i><i> </i>and highly strategic role focused on the acquisition of new large and/or strategic accounts. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in targeting and securing new business opportunities, representing a creative agency or production company. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing a targeted customer acquisition strategy and driving new business from prospecting to close. Utilizing best in class sales tools and proven methodologies, the Sales Executive will manage a pipeline of early-stage leads to successful sales conversion. Experience in selling large scale integrated digital campaigns and communicating creative and production solutions eloquently and confidently is critical.</div><div></div><div>
The Day to Day:</div><ul><li><div>
Understand market trends and competitors, utilize insights to inform customer targeting strategies.</div></li><li><div>
Pitch and successfully go-to-market as an expert on all of SSTK Studios’ services</div></li><li><div>
Actively hunt for new business opportunities based on the targeting strategy and prospect lists across all assigned market segments.</div></li><li><div>
Follow up on and pursue qualified leads provided by Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain and manage a pipeline of early-stage leads, ensuring consistent flow and progression of prospects through the sales funnel.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with the SSTK Studios leadership team to develop and pitch creative materials in response to RFPs or proactive pitches</div></li><li><div>
Oversee the sales closure process and ensure that completion activities are executed flawlessly.</div></li><li><div>
Use established sales tools and methodology to manage customer and opportunity data effectively, ensuring accurate forecasting and strategic account planning.</div></li><li><div>
Attend industry events representing SSTK Studios to develop leads and pipeline</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
What you’ll Bring to the Role:</div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field; Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus.</div></li><li><div>
At least 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on new business acquisition in large or strategic accounts.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.</div></li><li><div>
Experience working on behalf of a creative studio, creative agency or production company - selling creative/production services</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrated success in developing customer targeting strategies and converting leads into sales.</div></li><li><div>
Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies to manage sales cycles and client data.</div></li><li><div>
Experience in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and fulfillment.</div></li><li><div>
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems, with Salesforce experience being highly valued.</div></li><li><div>
A strategic thinker skilled at identifying and securing new business opportunities.</div></li><li><div>
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand market dynamics and leverage competitive intelligence to gain an edge.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with high-level decision-makers and influencers.</div></li><li><div>
