3D Artist Intern

Quixel is looking for a 3D Artist Intern to process, optimize, and release Megascans content. Must have knowledge of sculpting, 3D processing techniques, texturing, PBR rendering, and UE5.  Good to have photogrammetry or environment art knowledge.

As part of this team, you will join the efforts to process, optimize and release Megascans content on FAB.</p><h3><strong>In this role, you will</strong></h3><ul><li>3D Processing of Photogrammetry assets, from raw scan to final product</li><li>Learn about the foundation of Megascans and how the library works</li><li>Learn the ropes around Epic Games’ ecosystem</li></ul><h3><strong>What we're looking for</strong></h3><ul><li>Knowledge of sculpting and working with complex inorganic assets in Zbrush</li><li>Understanding of general 3D processing techniques (low poly creation, UVs, LODS)</li><li>Understanding of modern texturing techniques (Adobe 3D Painter, Designer)</li><li>Knowledge of PBR rendering</li><li>Knowledge of rendering props in UE5</li><li>Eye for detail, understanding of art principles</li><li>Good to have: Demonstration of photogrammetry knowledge in portfolio and/or d emonstration of environment art knowledge in portfolio</li></ul><p>This internship has a flexible start date in 2025.
