As a Full Stack Software Engineer on the Development team, you will: <ul><li> Coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Dev Leads to deliver robust solutions. </li><li> Meet commitments and deadlines while effectively communicating status and risks to all stakeholders. </li><li> Promote reusing and sharing code across different components by simplifying complex problems and systems. </li><li> Demonstrate accountability for the quality and completeness of entire solutions and the resulting caregiver experience. </li></ul>
 What would your week look like? <ul><li> Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable applications. </li><li> Participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. </li><li> Writing, testing, and reviewing code for both front-end and back-end components. </li><li> Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise. </li><li> Engaging in continuous learning and knowledge sharing with the team. </li><li> Providing input and feedback on improving development processes and practices. </li></ul>
 Who are we looking for? <ul><li> Experience : 6+ years in technical roles, hands-on, results-oriented professional. </li><li> Front-end : 3+ years with React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. </li><li> Back-end: Expert in Python (3+ years) and .NET C# (2+ years). </li><li> AI/ML : Preferred experience with AI/ML and LLMs like OpenAI. </li><li> Cloud : Experience with Azure services. </li><li> Development : Experience with web, batch, data-driven, and cloud applications. </li><li> Collaboration : Strong communication and collaboration skills with distributed teams. </li><li> Source Control : Experience with Git workflows. </li><li> Mindset : Ownership mentality with a start-up mindset. </li></ul>
Qualifications Key Educational Qualifications / Skills <ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. </li><li> Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks. </li><li> Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive learning approach.</li></ul>
