Recruitment Specialist (Non IT)

This role requires a recruitment specialist with 1-4 years of non-IT recruitment experience, proven ability to manage revenue targets, strong client management, negotiation, and industry understanding. Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and filtering candidates is essential.

 Key Responsibility : <ul><li>Work on the open positions and manage day to day staffing delivery to clients.</li><li>Sourcing candidates by using the portals</li><li>Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for the open positions</li><li>Take leadership in meeting recruitment targets and meeting recruitment deliverables within the defined framework and as per the timelines.</li><li>Responsible for timely delivery of all MIS/ monthly/ quarterly /weekly reporting of recruitment metrics to clients &amp; senior management</li><li>Client Mapping , Competitive analysis.</li><li>Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.</li><li>Work with internal business stakeholders.</li></ul>
 Requirements- Graduation in any discipline- 1 - 4 yrs of experience in Non IT Recruitment- Experience and ability in managing revenue targets- Excellent drive with an executive vision, client management skills, Negotiation skills and Industry understanding- Excellent understanding of the market dynamics, Cost structures and Resource availability- Ability to strategize and lead from the front to ensure high customer satisfaction
