Pazu is looking for a passionate Customer Support Specialist to help players get the best experience. You'll resolve tickets, be the face of Pazu on various channels, and ensure high customer satisfaction. 1+ years of experience in a customer-oriented role is required, along with native English fluency.

                                    <div class="userDesignedContent company-description" ng-bind-html="field.value" rtl-direction-html="field.value"><p>As Pazu's Customer Support Specialist, You'll be resolving daily support tickets, and being the face and voice of Pazu on multiple channels (Email, App Stores, Social Media, etc.). You'll maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions and alternatives to players, using our internal systems to do so.&nbsp;</p><p>You'll identify, analyze, and report trends of recurring issues and complaints to Product and R&amp;D while helping to achieve an optimal customer experience by proactively initiating related projects.</p></div>
