 Job Description: The Senior Software Engineer leads and oversees the software engineering function in developing, releasing, and maintaining software applications and systems according to business needs. As a senior engineer, you will work with other software engineers, ensuring technical growth and product quality through best engineering practices.Essential Duties and Responsibilities <ul><li>Lead software engineers to deliver innovative, high-quality products on a foundation of architectural and engineering excellence</li><li>Work cross-functionally with other roles and business teams to define, deliver, and support software and services</li><li>Guide software engineers through planning, designing, coding, delivery, and support, driving the day-to-day technical decisions</li><li>Own and continually improve the throughput and stability of product delivery and application lifecycle, in partnership with product and program management</li><li>Distill complex and ambiguous situations into actionable plans for your team</li><li>Communicate and collaborate with internally and with partners on technical details</li><li>Train, develop top engineering talent </li></ul>
Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or applicable engineering or science field</li><li>6+ years of software development experience</li><li>Broad understanding of coding and programming languages</li><li>Extensive knowledge of the software development process and corresponding technologies</li><li>Excellent understanding of design patterns and architectural styles</li><li>Proficient knowledge of the operation and development designs of agile software</li><li>Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>Experience working with teams across different time-zones and countries</li><li>Preferred 3+ years of proven work experience in React.js development</li><li>Preferred 1+ experience with Node.js development </li></ul>
