Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Data Scientist specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and a proven track record of deploying LLMs to solve real-world problems. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Design, build, and optimize machine learning models, particularly focusing on LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Flan – T5, and similar architectures</li><li>Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLMs and NLP</li><li>Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights and recommendations</li><li>Communicate findings and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively</li><li>Ensure the scalability and robustness of LLM solutions in production environments</li><li>Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our ML infrastructure and practices </li></ul>
Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field</li><li>1 to 4 years of experience in data science, with a focus on natural language processing and LLMs</li><li>Proficiency in Python &amp; PySpark</li><li>Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers)</li><li>Strong understanding of LLM architectures, training techniques, and fine-tuning methods</li><li>Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and Azure MLOps or other SDLC tools </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences</li><li>Experience in a start-up, fast-growth, rapid-change environment</li><li>Must be self-motivated, dedicated to quality and must always strive to “do the right thing” </li></ul>
