Requirements <ul><li>Conceptualize and execute innovative ideas seamlessly from inception to polished assets</li><li>Demonstrate a deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends, strategically optimizing content for reach and engagement</li><li>Experienced in generating visual stunning content and shooting reels and TikToks videos with your smartphone. </li><li>Showcase a track record of excellence in copywriting and content creation for social media platforms</li><li>Craft compelling and on-brand copy for social media posts and advertisements</li><li>Possess knowledge of social media marketing principles and best practices, constantly evolving with the digital landscape</li><li>Experience working within the creative or advertising industry, with a portfolio showcasing past work in social media campaigns</li><li>You can tackle multiple projects and talks at once skilled in managing clients and do so with ease</li><li>Prior experience in overseeing brand social channels, conceptualizing creative ideas, executing content production, and managing clients and projects</li><li>You are experienced in editorial planning and content production (photo and video) for social media channels</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams</li><li>Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in social media marketing</li><li>You have 2-3 years experience in working in a creative agency. </li><li>You have excellent English and German language skills </li></ul>
