Our products include Interactive Media Solutions for Automotive, Web Platform, CRM, Online Marketing and Virtual Reality Platform for the Automotive industry. Summary The role requires Artists experienced in 3D Texturing, Shading, Lighting and Rendering of vehicles and products for real time applications as well as still images and animations, and the ability to work within and across large, interdependent teams, requiring an implicit understanding of the balance required between artistry, communication, and partnership. In this role you will work alongside the 3D modelers as well as programmers for real-time (WebGL) applications and you will be responsible for creating the lighting, texturing and shading. The finished work must be highly detailed, accurate, and completed in a timely manner. The Artist must be receptive and responsive to creative direction and any feedback from quality assurance. REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The Following <ul><li>You will ensure your work is accurate, highly detailed, and you can self-QA your work.</li><li>Team oriented but can also self-manage and work autonomously when necessary.</li><li>Organizational and time management skills are essential.</li><li>Expected to exhibit flexibility to perform additional assignments as required. </li><li>Willingness to push yourself beyond the stated capabilities: learning new software; approaches to the delivery pipeline.</li><li>Being able to deliver all the above in a fast-paced, time-critical, accurate-driven environment is an absolute requirement.</li><li>Ability to work within continually evolving 3D workflow.</li><li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reference imagery into accurate 3D Rendering.</li><li>Developing of lighting and materials for Vehicles and Products.</li><li>Low poly texture creation for real-time applications such as WebGL, Unity, etc...</li><li>Generate different texture maps ( AO, Normal, etc... ) for real time applications. </li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum qualifications for the position: Knowledge &amp; Experience <ul><li>Professional experience in a fast-paced 3D production environment </li><li>Knowledge in texture baking &amp; UV maps for real time applications such as WebGL, Unity, etc...</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of the technical aspect of UV unwrapping, texturing, baking and rendering workflows.</li><li>Intermediate knowledge of Real time applications is a plus (Virtual Reality / Augmented Reality)</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Orientation towards innovation, self-directed, and able to receive and apply feedback.</li><li>Able to research solutions to either artistic, or technical, issues when they arise. </li></ul>
EDUCATION <ul><li>Formal training and experience in 3D Texturing &amp; Rendering (or practical experience).</li><li> Experience or interest in the automotive industry is a plus. </li></ul>
