 Role: Angular Front-End developer Experience: - 10 to 15 YearLocation: - Gurgaon &amp; Pune (Hybrid) Key Skills: - Angular, Mongodb, Java 8 and above Core Responsibility Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of Java developers in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.</li><li>Architect and design complex systems using Java, Angular, and MongoDB.</li><li>Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define technical solutions and project requirements.</li><li>Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, coding standards, and automation.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality delivery of projects on time and within budget.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Java development, Angular, and MongoDB technologies.</li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>10 to 15 years of progressive experience in Java development, with deep expertise in Java 8 or higher.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Angular (Angular 2+) for front-end development.</li><li>Extensive experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.</li><li>Proven track record in designing and architecting enterprise-scale software solutions.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.</li><li>Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.</li></ul>
