<p dir="ltr"><strong>What will you do? (Key Responsibilities)</strong></p>
<ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Perform ongoing analysis of massive data sets to understand user behavior and provide actionable recommendations in different areas of the product</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Define and build dashboards, reports, and analyses for different departments to help monitor game KPIs and understand connections between different KPIs and player or market behaviors</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Build prediction models and causal inference models that support long term growth and monetization</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Work in close collaboration with the product, game economy, and monetization departments to achieve KPI goals</p></li></ul></div></div><h3 class="sc-1npqnwg-4 sc-1npqnwg-5 sc-1uwf3m5-0 sc-1uwf3m5-1 dspHNA custom-css-style-job-requirements">Job requirements</h3><div class="sc-1fwbcuw-0 hBUDAw"><div><p dir="ltr"><strong>Who you are (Key requirements)</strong></p>
<ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">4+ years’ experience as an analyst in data driven organizations. Experience from the gaming space - a plus</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A degree in a quantitative field (math/statistics/engineering/economics or any related field)</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience working with data science models, libraries, and tools - e.g. NumPy, SciKit, Pandas, Keras, Tensorflow, SageMaker, Transformers, R, MatPlotLib, etc.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python (for data science purposes)</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong literacy in statistics preferred</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience building complex dashboards - Tableau or Metabase experience a plus</p></li></ul>
