<p>G5 Games is a game developer and publisher headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. We have over 850+ talented professionals worldwide who work remotely in one of our 10 locations. More than 20 years ago, the company became one of the first mobile game developers in the world.</p>
<p>You may know us from hit projects like Sherlock, Hidden City®, Mahjong Journey®, The Secret Society®, the Jewels series, and many others.<br>

We are currently looking for an experienced VP Product (with relocate/remote).</p>
<p>What you will work on:</p><br>
<ul><li>Lead and manage the Product Owners Team and New Games Research Team.</li>
<li>Inspire and improve team processes, guiding them towards the development of hit games.</li>
<li>Make key product decisions to ensure the best product-market fit.</li>
<li>Organize and drive the creative process, including brainstorming sessions and creative research.</li>
<li>Evaluate new game ideas and their alignment with target audiences.</li><br>
</ul><p><br>
It’s important to us:</p><br>
<ul><li>Extensive experience in game design and product decision-making.</li>
<li>Strong background in game development F2P projects, preferably in casual games or a wide range of genres.</li>
<li>Key hard skills include creativity, game design, and a business-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and the capacity to inspire others.</li>
<li>Proven experience in organizing and managing creative processes, including evaluating audience fit.</li><br>
</ul><p><br>
Would be a great bonus:</p><br>
<ul><li>Fluency in English.</li>
<li>Previous experience as a Senior Product Owner, Game Design Lead, Director, Executive Producer, or similar roles where you oversaw both creative and business aspects of game development.</li>
<li>A background in product marketing within the casual games sector would be advantageous.</li><br>
