Mandatory Skills: <ul><li>5+ years of development experience in ReactJS.</li><li>Involved in end-to-end delivery of at least 2 successful projects on ReactJS.</li><li>Ability to lead and mentor a team of 15+ members.</li><li>Experience working in AWS/cloud environments.</li><li>Implemented CDN services in at least one project.</li><li>Strong proficiency in UI design patterns.</li><li>Ability to create low-level designs.</li><li>Strong understanding of performance optimization for UI.</li><li>Ability to understand current market trends in technology development, quickly perform PoCs, and analyze usability approaches.</li><li>Expertise in developing front-end applications using ReactJS (Functional Components, React Hooks, Redux).</li><li>Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.</li><li>Deep understanding of NodeJS.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ReactNative.</li><li>Hands-on experience with RESTful API integration.</li><li>Experience with Nginx.</li><li>Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.</li><li>Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.</li><li>Strong proficiency in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.</li><li>Experience with TypeScript.</li><li>Strong understanding of frontend compilers/interpreters, minifications, UI loading, and rendering processes.</li><li>Good exposure to design systems like Figma.</li><li>Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.</li><li>Understanding of web application behavior.</li><li>Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.</li></ul>
