Data Analyst

Coatsink is seeking an Animator with 2+ years of experience in the games industry. Must have strong Maya skills, experience creating rigs, and a passion for animation. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential. Knowledge of Unity Animation systems and blend trees is a plus.

 As an Animator at Coatsink, you will be required to have an excellent understanding of animation principles and will be expected to followed guidance and direction from Senior and Lead Animators, consistently learning and developing new skills. You will use Maya to create character rigs and animations and assist with the development of character and personality while serving the games aesthetic and design.Note: To apply you must be living or plan to live within 3 hours of the GMT TimezoneResponsibilities<ul>
<li>Communicate effectively with Programmers and Designers about animation implementation.</li>
<li>Work in Unity on animation trees</li>
<li>Work on body mechanics and acting</li>
<li>Work on creating believable environment animations</li>
<li>Produce character rigs using Maya</li>
<li>Being receptive to feedback and making necessary revisions</li>

<li>Two years’ experience in the games industry minimum</li>
<li>Relevant degree in Games Animation or equivalent course</li>
<li>Experienced in Maya</li>
<li>Able to create rigs in Maya</li>
