What you’ll be doing</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter</li>
<li>Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and translate them into functional applications</li>
<li>Optimise application performance and ensure responsiveness across different devices and screen sizes</li>
<li>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards</li>
<li>Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and debug issues, and propose solutions to improve application performance and user experience</li>
<li>Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter, AI, and 3D AR/VR technologies, and actively expand knowledge in these areas</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and innovative mobile solutions<br>

</div><div><p><b>
Essential:</b><br>
Proven experience in mobile application development using Flutter and a strong understanding of Dart programming language<br>
Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate through proof of concepts<br>
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment<br>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br>
Experience with RESTful Services and OpenAPI advantageous<br>
Have a good level of knowledge / experience of Agile software development, and supporting best practices: BDD, TDD, Pair Programming etc<br>
<br>
<b>Nice to have:</b><br>
Some exposure to AI concepts and an eagerness to learn and work with AI technologies<br>
Some familiarity with creating 3D worlds and a basic understanding of AR/VR development<br>
Some understanding with unity, unreal or similar<br>
Having participated in hackathons or made contributions to open-source projects would be a big plus</p>
