We have an exceptional team that helps us create and stay at the leading edge of this fast paced and competitive world of YouTube, and we are in search of a Production Assistant to help achieve this goal. We are looking for passionate and bold people that are up to speed in the world of this generation's content creation. These people will need to fit in with our company culture and help us achieve what is thought as impossible. They will need to be ambitious, self-driven, and innovative to help lead the team towards success. The Production Assistant position at CatFace reports to the Senior Associate Producer and Production Manager and is responsible for creatively and efficiently preparing content for videos as scripted.

Candidates that want to go above and beyond must help their team members adapt, learn, and improve skills that will be needed to enhance the creative capabilities of the team as a whole. Viral video creation is an ever-changing field that requires those that can adapt quickly.

What You'll Do

• Work alongside members of the production team to prepare videos, builds, executions, and assets.
• Brainstorm ways to improve video quality using the tools at hand.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive knowledge of the Minecraft platform.
• A genuine interest in Minecraft/Roblox/YouTube gameplay in general.
• Ability to work both independently and with small teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment and shift gears at a moment's notice.
• Great and timely communication skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude is a must. Everything we do at CatFace is depending on each individual treating others with respect and collaborating efficiently to achieve our goals.
