Job Description

This role involves designing storyboards for in-game cutscenes, encompassing both static and dynamic storyboards. You will collaborate with the director on creative story development, ensuring high-quality storyboard designs. Responsibilities include estimating production effects and coordinating with the production team to maintain design fidelity. The ideal candidate possesses strong visual storytelling abilities, understands animation principles, and can accurately interpret scripts and directorial needs. A solid understanding of 2D animation workflows and at least 3 years of relevant experience are essential. The position requires strong artistic skills, imagination, and the ability to contribute creatively to the team. Experience with notable animation films or anime is a plus.

岗位职责：

1.负责游戏过场动画的分镜设计，包括静态与动态分镜的制作。

2.与导演沟通，根据剧本进行故事共创，完成高质量的分镜设计。

3.对制作效果进行预估，与制作团队积极沟通协调，确保分镜效果的还原度。

任职要求：

1.熟悉视听语言，具备优秀的画面故事讲述能力，能够把控影片节奏和镜头剪辑。

2.善于通过表演塑造角色性格，展现角色表演，熟悉动画运动规律。

3.具备强大的剧本理解能力，能够快速理解剧本重点及导演需求，准确把握剧本节奏。

4.美术基本功扎实，熟悉二维动画制作流程。

5.拥有丰富的想象力，能够为导演和创作团队提供创意和想法。

6.3年及以上相关项目经验，有知名动画电影或番剧制作经验者优先。
