The ideal candidate will deeply understand the balance between effect implementation and performance, proposing design solutions that optimize both. Proficiency in multiple output formats and establishing effective design and integration standards are essential. Responsibilities include creating game effects, optimizing performance, and collaborating with a team to ensure high-quality results. The position requires expertise in software such as After Effects (AE) and a solid understanding of animation principles.

1.根据游戏视觉风格，设计并制作游戏特效资源，提升游戏表现力。
2.深入了解特效实现效果与性能，提出平衡二者的设计方案。
3.掌握多种格式输出方式，制定并落地特效设计及对接规范。
岗位要求：
1.美术、动画或多媒体相关专业毕业，具备独立完成特效设计的能力。
2.对特效设计有深入理解，熟悉动画、转场及运动规律。
3.熟练掌握AE等特效软件。
4.具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力，学习能力强，工作认真负责，能够承受工作压力。
