Responsibilities:
1.与项目管理团队配合，进行3A动作游戏项目的开发管理；
2.参与及推进游戏预研期项目计划的制定、跟踪和维护，确保项目按计划完成；
3.制定并推广写实3A规格内容的开发流程规范管理，优化研发生产效率；
4.及时发现并跟踪解决项目问题，有效管理项目风险。
Requirements:
1.本科及以上学历，3年或以上大型游戏项目管理经验，有3A和项目上线经验者优先；
2. 深度理解虚幻引擎游戏研发团队的架构和流程，有技术开发背景经验优先；
3.对大型在线联网游戏开发过程管理、敏捷项目管理有认知或实践经验；
4.有游戏研发英文沟通能力者优先。
